Karen Alexander is a long term cancer survivor, diagnosed in 2006 with advanced terminal cancer, and given absolutely no hope of survival long term. She walked away from the medical system over ten years ago, after finding one of the drugs prescribed was actually a human carcinogen and caused cancer in the liver and uterine according to the scientific data sheet. This was the ultimate betrayal.

Her trust totally shattered, and the side effects from the drugs that had been prescribed for her, the world as she knew it crumbled. The domino effect and the power of words carelessly used by Doctors affected every aspect of her life. Karen retreated and has been a recluse for many years.
